We are asking every family to bring a side dish for 10 people. If you want something grilled other than burgers and hot dogs, bring it and we will grill it.

VBS VOLUNTEER MEETING — Wednesday, May 22
There will be a brief meeting for all VBS volunteers (not VBS Corps volunteers) on Wednesday, May 22 at 6:45 PM during the End of School Picnic. This meeting will only last 15-20 minutes but please plan to be there if you are volunteering for VBS this year. There is still time to sign up as a volunteer! Click here to sign up.

CAMP SWAMP — REGISTER NOW!
Our church camp registration is now in full swing. The camp is located in Union Point, Georgia, and is for any kids from 9 years old through high school. It is a seven-day camp (Sunday thru Saturday), and the cost is $525 per camper, with discounts available if you are sending more than one child. To register, go to campswamp.com. Here is a video that explains the journey of SWAMP Camp and how it is now making impact all over the world.

If you are a member of the Northview Church and are experiencing financial hardship, we want to help in any way possible. Requests for help can be made by filling out this form (one form per child). When you have filled out the form, please scan and email it to northviewbenevolence@gmail.com. Applications for assistance must be completed and submitted by May 26th.

USED BACKPACKS NEEDED
One of our small groups has been spending time every month to encourage and feed the homeless in Atlanta. One need that they have identified is backpacks or drawstring bags for people to carry their belongings. Over the next couple of weeks as everyone is getting out of school, feel free to donate old or unused backpacks you or your children may have! We will be collecting them in a bin at the front of suite 180.

VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL LAST WEEK TO REGISTER! — June 3-6, 2019
Northview’s 2019 Vacation Bible School and VBS Corps will be held June 3-6, 2019. Our theme for this year is ROAR! Life is Wild, God is Good. Please register your rising pre-K through 5th grade kids for VBS as well as rising 6th-8th grade kids for VBS Corps. We also need volunteer registrations!
